Trimatt wins major award again for ColourStar AQ

Trimatt Systems won a major award at the APPMA Awards for Excellence held in Melbourne last night.

The ColourStar AQ won the Australian Manufacturer Machinery Award – SME which means Trimatt has won this award for the second consecutive time after winning in the same category in 2022 for the Cardline 7000.

The award was for the Trimatt ColourStar AQ, the first model being the V (Versatile) – for customising a wide range of sustainable packaging products. The V has 297mm print width, 100mm height & angle adjust, organic, pigment watermarked CMYK inks. It helps packaging businesses open new markets in short run, on demand markets, keeping manufacturing in Australia.

Trimatt Systems has now launched a new version of the machine – the ColourStar AQ BoxPro – the 3rd in the model range. The new ultra-wide single pass box printing machine provides the ability for on-demand CMYK printing up to 891mm wide.

The labour-reducing box printer is designed to allow the printing for fast short runs with low maintenance and easy operation.

Watch Trimatt Systems sales and marketing manager, Mel McFarlane, demonstrate the ColourStar AQ Box Pro.
