Rollem Insignia Die-Cutters to showcase at dscoop 2024

Tom Ralph, managing director of Graph-Pack, Australian distributors of Rollem Insignia range.

Rollem Insignia Die-Cutters, distributed locally by Graph-Pak, will exhibit for the 14th year at the dscoop Edge event in Indianapolis next week.

Visitors to the event will see live demonstrations of the Insignia6H PLUS Die-Cutter from the UK-based manufacturer.

“The 2024 dscoop Edge event marks Rollem International’s 14th year highlighting our newest technology to Edge participants, including the Insignia6H Die-Cutter,” the company said.

“Insignia Die-Cutters complement HP Indigo presses by producing high-value die-cutting and finishing for easy entry into packaging, folding carton, promotional, and photo product markets.”

Local Rollem distributor Tom Ralph has highlighted the continued record sales of the Insignia H series of rotary Die-Cutters globally.

“Being a hybrid, the Insignia H series of rotary Die-Cutters offers the end user single or twin blade industrial grade rotary die cutting, scoring, creasing, perforating and hole punching options. Here in Australia, we tend to want more for our money than the rest of the globe. This high-end machine delivers the ROI we thirst for with reliability, productivity and low maintenance costs coupled with a highly valuable in-demand deal prospect that separates it from its competitors, which often become worthless soon after they are installed.

“We look forward to talking to any customers interested in this product or any other finishing machinery solutions,” Ralph said.

Rollem will demonstrate the Insignia IS6H model at the dscoop Edge event, including the ability to create digital files to flexo-magnetic dies, which will show why so many companies have adopted Insignia’s sheet-fed, flexo-magnetic die-cutting technology.

“It’s packed with features including die-cutting, pattern perforation, creasing, and kiss-cutting, plus automated matrix removal. This system converts press sheets in one step with just one operator. It handles all types of coating and embellishments with ease while giving the user the option of two types of delivery systems, plus in-line or near-line folding and gluing systems for finished and folded products,” Rollem said.

“HP Indigo owners and other PSPs have greatly benefited from Rollem’s LIVE equipment demonstrations and discussions on our innovative finishing solutions. The expansive list of HP Indigo owners and Rollem clients expands year after year following each Dscoop Edge event.

“The Rollem team looks forward to meeting you at booth #1094 to see first-hand how Rollem designs machinery to lower labour costs, increase production and provide value-added finishing. We work with industry partners to give you the customized finishing line best suited to your specific needs. Maintain production control with in-house finishing.”
