Cryer Malt supplies KeyKeg to Australia’s craft beer industry

With Cryer Malt joining OneCircle’s Australian reseller network, sustainable PET keg company KeyKeg continues to strengthen its commitment to the country and the dynamic craft beer scene.

From its distribution centre in Melbourne, Cryer Malt will distribute KeyKeg to brewers across the country, supporting the growing trend for strong, sturdy and sustainable beer packaging.

KeyKeg was launched in Australia five years ago, and together with resellers like Cryer Malt, aims to help breweries protect their beer, quality and flavour. KeyKeg keeps craft beer as fresh as the day it was produced and protects it during the journey from brewery to consumer.

OneCircle Australia account manager Raymond Kent said the company is pleased to be working with Cryer Malt at an exciting time for the Australian craft beer industry.

KeKeg has also announced the addition of PB Packaging to its reseller network to enhances the maturity of KeyKeg as a sustainable-packaging solution in Australia.

KeyKeg said PB Packaging will support the growing trend for strong, sturdy and sustainable packaging that keeps beverages fresher for longer — as fresh as the day they were produced — among customers in Australia’s wine, RTD, cocktail, coffee, kombucha and mixed-beverage markets.’

From its extended warehouse coverage in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, PB Packaging primarily focuses on selling and distributing KeyKeg across Australia’s eastern seaboard, including Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

PB Packaging rigid executive general manager Andrew Allsop said both companies’ shared vision is another feature that will ensure that PB Packaging proves to be a hugely successful KeyKeg reseller.
