ProPak updates global tradeshow dates

ProPak has provided an update with new dates of its global tradeshows that were previously or currently affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We know that these times are particularly hard for a lot of companies given the current climate, but there are shows at the end of the year that would be suitable for you,” the organisation said in a statement.

“In this uncertain time, we want to assure you that we remain dedicated to serving our customers and our communities, and we are looking forward to hosting more exceptional exhibitions in the future.

“The shows are bound to be a success in showcasing the latest innovations in packaging and processing machinery from around the globe.”

ProPak China 2020 is set to occur on 22 to 24 June.

“With increasingly positive news coming out of China, hopefully we will be able to run ProPak China 2020 in June,” the organisation said.

ProPak Vietnam is scheduled for 9 to 11 September at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).

ProPak said the show gathers over 580 exhibition units from 31 different nations and regions, and eight international group pavilions.

ProPak Myanmar is expected to occur on 17 to 19 September, with more than 160 exhibitors and about 4000 trade visitors.

ProPak India is expected to occur on 8 to 10 October. The show will be held in New Delhi and will deliver a focused industry event connecting international suppliers to local and regional buyers.

New dates are yet to be set for ProPak Asia 2020, which was originally scheduled for 17 to 20 June at BITEC. The new date will be announced later in April after the organisation consults with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
