Konica Minolta has been celebrating an outstanding success at Labelexpo Europe with high numbers of sales leads and seven new show sales announced on its unique stand in Brussels, Belgium.
With a focus on complete production workflows in packaging and label sectors, the technology leader presented innovative end-to-end ecosystems at Labelexpo Europe 2023 to demonstrate to customers and other showgoers how they can rethink possibilities.
Less than a decade after the technology giant first announced initial plans to enter the label-printing market, Konica Minolta has become established as market share leader for digital label presses in the industry.
This has been underpinned by its commitment to revolutionise printing technologies and constantly improve operational efficiencies to help label converters see the potential in a growth digital market.
Konica Minolta Europe head of industrial print business development Sacha-Vittorio Paoluccci commented, “As European market share leader in digital label press systems, we had an outstanding success at Labelexpo 2023.
“With more than 570 leads captured over the four days and seven show sales announced on our stand, we were delighted to have met so many visitors to help them see the potential in digital label and packaging production and to receive so much great feedback on our unique stand in terms of design and construction.

“Together with MGI Digital Technology (MGI) and other partners, the show provided an important platform to present our innovative end-to-end ecosystems to demonstrate to customers and other showgoers how they can rethink possibilities.
“All our solutions are built around label converters’ requirements, whether they are labels of one or labels of many. We don’t make any differentiation today. As visitors discovered, together with our partners, we sell solutions as one – all integrated and automated based on Industry 5.0 principles.
“Our collaborations represent our commitment to revolutionising printing technologies and improving operational efficiencies. Labelexpo 2023 was another perfect opportunity to deliver in a live setting on our commitment to customers and industry in general.”
Paolucci said the company sold more than 1,200 systems throughout the world and confirmed that the digital label production is now a mainstream technology. Konica Minolta wants to continue pushing the boundaries and help converters to ignite their printing possibilities.
