Graph-Pak distributes Hatten’s Boomerang products in Australia. Ralph explains the technological and labour efficiencies of its Folder Gluer.

The Hatten Boomerang Folder Gluer is 6.5 metres long and requires one operator.

“For Australia with its high labour costs and not a lot of real estate, printers can consider this machine. It is very industrial and can do straight-line gluing, crash-lock gluing and pocket gluing. There is not much that this thing can’t do,” says Ralph.

Ralph said Hatten Boomerang has shown him some new technologies for the first time, that has impressed even him. “And I have been in the industry for ages,” says Ralph.

“Little smarts like the tooling placed on the rack above the machine,” Ralph adds.
