18 June, 2025The Australian Government Takeovers Panel has declined to conduct proceedings on an application from Pact Group shareholders Jeremy Machet and Scrap Invest Pty Ltd, and Jeremy Raper, confirming that the company’s EGM on 12 June will vote on the delisting.
