Following recent and ongoing developments of the pandemic in Thailand, the organiser of ProPak Asia, Informa Markets, has rescheduled the 2021 tradeshow to mid next year.

The tradeshow, which was scheduled for 15 to 18 September will now happen from 15 to 18 June 2022 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center.

Informa Markets said the decision was not taken lightly and driven by two major facts:

“The new dates will allow more time for infection rates to come under control and for recovery of the industries. We want to give everyone the time they need to prepare for a successful event and by early 2022,” it said.

“Our primary concern is creating a safe and secure environment for our community to meet and do business. We feel that by rescheduling the event to 2022, we will be able to offer the high-quality event with regional visitors and business opportunities you’ve come to expect from us.”

Exhibitors of the event will be contacted by the Informa Markets sales teams to discuss their rescheduling options.

“We would like to thank those who participate and support ProPak Asia and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our sole focus remains to provide an event of enhanced quality, with more exhibitors and qualified trade buyers to make your participation a huge success. We look forward to seeing you again in 2022,” it added.
