Labelexpo Mexico 2025 doubles in size, to feature more than 200 exhibitors

Registration is now open for Labelexpo Mexico 2025, the region’s largest dedicated show for the label and package printing industry.

The 2025 edition takes place between Tuesday 1 April until Thursday 3 April 2025 at Expo Guadalajara.

Labelexpo Mexico 2025 is set to be twice the size of the 2023 edition, expanding to more than 6,500sqm of exhibition space.

The event will feature more than 200 exhibitors, including over 60 first-time participants such as Fedrigoni, UPM Raflatac, Avery Dennison, ECO3, Green Bay Packaging, Re Latin America, Twist Software, ColorDec, and Rotometal, among others.

The show is set to feature a number of industry leading companies showcasing technologies across the label and packaging value chain, including materials, digital and flexographic printing equipment, finishing technology and more.

Tasha Ventimiglia, group director – Americas, said: “We can’t wait for the return of Labelexpo Mexico, and the 2025 edition sees the show taking place at a new location, Expo Guadalajara. At the 2023 edition, we saw 5,878 attendees from 46 countries including Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, and US attend the three-day show. We are confident that Labelexpo Mexico 2025 will follow this success.

“The growth of our Labelexpo Mexico event over the past two years has been remarkable, as evident in the larger exhibition space set for the 2025 edition. This shows us that there is a huge demand for a dedicated label and package printing trade show in the region. We are thrilled to be back in Mexico and to be that important platform for our industry to connect, to see the newest technology and equipment in person, and to provide our audience with the latest trends.”

Mirco Mazzarella, event manager, Labelexpo Mexico said: “With the Mexican print label market booming, fuelled by the rapid adoption of digital printing technologies, Labelexpo Mexico 2025 is the perfect moment for visitors to explore the latest innovations that are driving this exciting growth. Don’t miss out on discovering the future of labeling and print!”
