Hanlabel showcases its LabStar330HD Hybrid press at Labelexpo Europe

Hanlabel, the joint venture created by Hanglory Group and Label Source, showcased its new 1200 dpi high-speed LabStar330HD Hybrid digital label printer at Labelexpo Europe in Barcelona, highlighting its advanced digital-flexo capabilities for producing quality, variable-data labels efficiently.

This equipment is a digital and flexo multi-combination solution, which aims to support efficient hybrid printing of labels with an uninterrupted full process from pre-press to post-press.

Its mature combination solution includes non-stop unwinding, shift cold stamping, 4-colour flexo printing, 5-colour digital printing, cold stamping, die-cutting unit, non-stop waste stripping unit, and non-stop dual rewinding.

In a new 8-colour mode (CMYK + White + OVG), the machine’s colour gamut is further expanded, providing vivid colours and sharp details.

The LabStar330HD Hybrid applies a new 1,200dpi industrial-grade piezoelectric ceramic circulation printhead, supporting a maximum resolution output of 1,200dpi by 1,200dpi (minimum ink droplet: 2pl), which enables label printing to achieve extremely high sharpness and clarity.

In addition, the equipment has a printing speed of 80-120 m/min and a maximum printing width of 322mm, which the company says can accurately meet the wide-width and high-speed production needs of mainstream labels and narrow-web packaging materials in the market.

The press integrates single pass on-demand and piezo inkjet technologies, which the company says is ideal for label, flexible packaging, and product decoration.

The press ensures efficient, high-quality, continuous and stable production, and with improved performance, it offers better printing quality and faster delivery.

Durable and cost effective, the machine features a servo unwind/rewind system that reduces material waste. With its Super Save system feature, it enables seamless job changing with a web rewind system that also prevents material waste from one job to another.

Hanlabel was established in 2023 to provide customised print pack solutions to meet the growing demands from multiple industries such as adhesive labels, gold and silver cardboards, flexible packaging films, laminated tubes, electronics labels, and cultural and creative products.

Hanlabel is represented by Kissel & Wolf in Australia.
